MST, here are some sort of sideviews to both tires. I have run both sizes. Toyo
Open Country 285/60-18, and currently BFG 265/65-18. Not much difference in
diameter 60's are 31.4" and the 65's are 31.7". In width the 60's are 11.4" and the
65's are 10.7. The 285/60's handle a little better on road and have a 2-ply sidewall.
The 265/65 are a little stiffer on road and have a 3-ply sidewall. So there is a little
bit of trade off. Good luck.

Thanks DD - That helps - I have the same white. The wheel/tire combo looks great. Are those powder coated?

The white one is not mine, but I assume they are. My truck is the blue one above and
have since powder coated my wheels black and put on the BFG's.

On this trail they run about equal near as I can tell. Some may dispute that but we have several that use one or the other and I see each slip when the other didn't.

One may do better then the other in different conditions.

What I like better about the BFGs is the width. I do not like the width of the Coopers for my uses.
