I’m not 100% sure but I would suspect Denso; someone else me be able to confirm or correct me. I would also trust NGK or Bosch as an alternative, but they could also be OEM

Definitely try a new plug for this test, too. I've seen plugs fail internally in some odd, temperature-sensitive ways.

Yep, that’s it. There is one for each cylinder, and make sure you get the right ones for either V8 or V6

Great - Thanks Jimmy; just never really paid attention to this change with direct injection engines so every time I kept reading the word coil I was scratching my head, I get it now :) - Thanks for confirming.

Good luck by the way getting to the bottom of this issue; it would be great if it's as simple as this part!
