Lost power, died, now won't crank. Any ideas?

There is another thread on this. Shop says engine seized. No coolant. At the very least heads are *****.. There is no warning if the coolant disappears fast...BOOM!

Was full before. No smells, no puddles, no smoke. Engine cannot be turned by hand. Big mystery but my money is on something catastrophic.
