I’m going cross eyed trying to figure out what to do. We have a 2011 LR4 and needing tires bad. I hate the 19” wheel because there like 3 options and I’d like a little more meat.

Thinking about doing a 2.5” Johnson Rod lift and 20’s with 275/55-20 or around that (what’s largest size for 20’s?). Maybe 18’s but the Compo looks like the only option.

So questions is what wheels. I want black and have been looking at powder coated wheels on eBay, but they seem to all be RR wheels. Found these and like them but idk if they’ll work. 50mm offset...

Will 35mm offset work in an aftermarket wheel?!

Help!

I was in the same position. Decided against Range Rover wheels and kept hunting for LR4 20’s from the black design pack.

After a lot of searching I was lucky enough To find a set of five, in good condition with OEM TPMS. My research led me wanting to run a slightly larger size with no lift or rubbing, specifically nitto terra grappler g2’s in 265/50/20. They look great, perform very well on road, no noise, last waaay longer than the other AT options and so far great in wet, dirt, mud and snow. Couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.

Only downside is I still have my set of 19’s sitting around that I still need to sell. Perfect condition with TPMS if anyone is interested :).

I've got 5 mint 20" black pack wheels/tires/tpms/centercaps/lugnuts sitting in my basement. Not sure I would ever sell them though. Bought Compos and never looked back. The extra tire meat makes this vehicle look like it was meant to look. Loved the design and finish of the OEM black 20's but I think they look odd on our older truck design. Like a fat girl in giant roller skates. They fit better on the more modern designs, but not the boxy beauty that is the disco/lr4.

Buy Compo's if you can swing em. The black ones look great on the white LR4s.

Thanks for the responses guys. If it was only up to me I’d have already bought the compos, but my wife loves the 20’s with BFG KO2’s and it’s her car so...that’s where I’m at

How bad would some 35mm offset after markets be with a rod lift? I’ve seen a few guys do it, but it doesn’t seem like the norm or most recommended.

Need to just fork it over for these, but damn! Kinda high seems like. They would be a perfect fit though. $1500

These look good too but they are only 35mm offset. $850

I've been using 20" RR wheels for years but just decided to switch to compo's.
