Removing D Pillar Trim

Quick question and surprised I didn't find it in search.

Can I remove the upper D pillar trim (that houses the speaker) without removing the lower back cargo area trim? I pulled it off at the top easily enough but it doesn't seem to lift up/out. Just wanted to check before I break some little plastic tab and have to spend $200 to replace it.

If I recall correctly, it doesn't pull up and out. You have to loosen the lower trim because there are 2 plastic clips on the lower side that pull straight out toward the front of the vehicle, not up & out.
