Seat/Mirror Adjustment

Has anybody noticed that the seats are constantly adjusting themselves
back to some other position. Mirrors as well. The other day, I moved my
passenger mirror down to look at a curb, and now, every time I turn on
the Landy, the mirror adjusts itself all the way down again.....

ps. the LR3 makes me very happy, I'm pretty sure that the problem
is between the seat and the steering wheel, but, the manual doesn't
have an instruction to fix this.

pps. No matter how many times I've told the seat to memorize its position,
it always seems to go forward about an inch when I get in...

Are you using the key depedent option?

If you have a memory driver's seat (HSE), you can enable keyfob recall (lazy entry) of seat and mirror position. Each keyfob can have it's own "setting" that is activated when the door opened.
