The Quest for A Durable Front Crossover Pipe

I'd think it would be way too expensive for a 3rd party to make a quality replacement. I'm not risking my engine from buying a part from an unknown and untrusted source. If that pipe breaks it will be a catastrophic failure.

If a reputable parts brand sold a crossover or a reputable store that stands behind the manufacturers warranty sold a crossover from a brand I haven't heard of, I'd roll the dice all day.

A couple years ago when I did the 2013 V8 5L I found an on-line vendor with crossover aluminum pipes, and they were physically just across town here in Houston, TX.
I drove over with the intent to look at the crossover pipes and to purchase a set.

Rather than re-hash those comments (available somewhere on this forum), the quality of those parts was not suitable and I completed with task using the Rover plastic pipes.

This is for the Jaguar F type, but it is the same engine and part. Apologies if included it
already in the thread, I have been through many pages but have not seen it. It is quite good for showing where the part is.

This one concerns the water pump, and to check if it is faulty. There was an update made to the pump design at a certain stage
