I can say that the Cooper Zeons are much louder than the Pirelli ATR's they replaced on the RR, much louder than the Nokian Rotiiva's on my Sub Z71, louder than the Revo's and Yoko AT-S's on my LR3, and louder than BFG TA's on my CJ. They are the loudest AT's I have experienced, and only get louder as they wear. The 20" set I had on my RRS S\C were markedly quieter than the 19" set on the RR, however.
I'm having 4 new Conti AT's installed as I type. The Zeon's coming off have 50% of the tread left. I could have lived with the noise, but my wife mandated the change. Hopefully the Conti's are quieter, or I'll have to look at all-seasons - ugh.
