Cigar Lighter Conversion

I have a 2013 LR4 and I wanted to switch the front cigar lighters to a dedicated USB power port. Grateful for any recommendations on products used and installation instructions. Thanks!

I use one of these in one socket (mounts flush):

And this in the other socket (it has a usb power port built in)
