2016 LR4 3.0SC HD Luxury with 80k miles.
I just picked this up against my better judgment. I've been out of the Land Rover game for awhile. It needs the rear crossover replaced so I need to tear into it.
I'm posting a long video of the engine sounds because It's just sounds like crap. Runs and drive great with no codes however. The serp belt for the supercharger is removed for this video.
I plan to replace the entire cooling system, check all the tensioners, replace belts, rebuild supercharger and thinking about the timing chains since I'll be that far into it.
I did replace the sunroof drains, cowl and did the update on the A pillars since I had the parts from my last LR4 and this one did have a crapped out drain.
I'd like opinions on whether or not it sound so bad that I should dump it, rather than put a bunch of money into it. I'm thinking about $3k for the timing and cooling stuff. I already have the tools.
