The TSB's are only useful to identify widespread problems. It's not a recall or anything like that, so you don't really respond to them. You can take your car in and tell them you found a TSB that looks related - that might clue them in more quickly to a problem - but they're still going to go through the motions of diagnosing the problem (for a fee) and give you an estimate on the repair cost. If you are still under some kind of warranty (like the Federal or State emissions warranty), you can point that out and try to get whatever you are owed under that warranty (maybe parts, possibly labor - can't remember - should be set out in your warranty guide or owners manual).

The dealership would have to run your VIN and see if the part is covered. A diagnosis will have to be done by the dealership to ensure that is what's triggering the MIL.
I could run the VIN for you. Unfortunately, JLR's system got hacked.
Super nice of you, as always, @Rover Range . SALAG2V65GA788750 for when your system is back online and you have a few minutes to spare.

Yup...mine is highlighted in red above. So does that mean I should reach out to a local dealership?

Wouldn't hurt.
JLR computers are still down, so the dealership won't be able to verify coverage at this time.
