@greiswig There was also an earlier TSB that called for replacement of all the o2 sensors

I believe Land Rover had a warranty program going for the o2 sensors on some models (velars I believe), and the o2 sensors at your mileage might be covered under your state emissions or fed emissions warranties. Can't remember the mileage limits anymore.
I haven't had the codes, but I've been testing out a new scan tool and when playing around with this tool and the GAP tool, I noticed some wonky signals from my mid-cat and post-cat sensors. Post-cat sensors are giving readings of 1.28v, which would be out of range entirely. Still investigating whether the sensors are bad or if the fields in the tools are just invalid. I'd be surprised to actually have both post-cat o2 sensors completely out of commission with no codes set.
