Well non of those links seemed to work or go to any TSBs it didn’t seem. 12 years later are TSBs no longer applicable?

Interesting... topix does not expose the vehicle bulletins, but if I search based on the ID, nhtsa.gov does.
It seems the management at topix enjoys being unhelpful... and glad nhtsa wants to be.

Hmmm…this one caught my eye:

NHTSA ID Number: 10199798

Manufacturer Communication Number: NAS19.07.012

Components: POWER TRAIN, ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

Summary

A potential issue has been identified on certain Land Rover vehicles within the listed Affected Vehicle Range where the engine Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) may be illuminated on the Instrument Cluster (IC) and Oxygen (O2) sensor performance-related Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC) may be stored in the Powertrain Control Module (PCM).

I wonder if that might be the source of repeated but intermittent fuel trim codes I keep getting? I've tried just about everything short of replacing all the O2 sensors, but with only 70k on the engine, it feels like the sensors shouldn't be worn out.

@greiswig There was also an earlier TSB that called for replacement of all the o2 sensors https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2015/SB-10105583-9340.pdf. I believe Land Rover had a warranty program going for the o2 sensors on some models (velars I believe), and the o2 sensors at your mileage might be covered under your state emissions or fed emissions warranties. Can't remember the mileage limits anymore.

I haven't had the codes, but I've been testing out a new scan tool and when playing around with this tool and the GAP tool, I noticed some wonky signals from my mid-cat and post-cat sensors. Post-cat sensors are giving readings of 1.28v, which would be out of range entirely. Still investigating whether the sensors are bad or if the fields in the tools are just invalid. I'd be surprised to actually have both post-cat o2 sensors completely out of commission with no codes set.

How does one respond to these? Reach out to a nearby dealership with the NHTSA and Service Bulletins, show them screen shots of the codes that were going off, and ask them to replace the sensors?

The dealership would have to run your VIN and see if the part is covered. A diagnosis will have to be done by the dealership to ensure that is what's triggering the MIL.
I could run the VIN for you. Unfortunately, JLR's system got hacked.
