I am not an audiophile per say... but can't you just tape into the audio output from say the CD player and put it on a switch, so when you use the IPOD you get sound from it, then if you want CD just flip the switch again...?

Easy to say that, but it is difficult to apply...thank's Joey.

I use the aux line in the rear of the center consol and then have an in line amp called a Boostaroo, which boosts the volume to match up to the FM and CD volume. It also give a boost to the high and low frequencies.

Where'd you get Boostaroo?

I just got an 06 RR and I figured out to use the AUX in the rear panel but the volume is a bit low. thanks!
