What is the beep?

So the final conclusion is that this beep is from the proxi sensors? I have been experiencing the "beep" on my recently purchased 2006 LR3. It happens seemingly randomly. I can be stopped or in traffic, weather has always been above 39 degrees. It happened twice yesterday on my drive home. I'm going to test it with the proxy sensor turned off while driving to see if it comes up.

I've had it happen while stopped and while driving, so I don't believe it's linked to the proxy sensor as the proxy turns off after you hit a certain speed.
