Getting the clunk on braking again and I am 90% its the LCAs again. I last did them 5 years ago and only 50k kms so would hopefully like something more robust. Not interested in poly. Where is the best deal these days?

If I was ordering now, I think I'd go with these Lemforder ones, which are essentially the OEM.

Stay away from the cheap ones. I used whatever cheapos Lucky8 had the first time around and was replacing them in about 15 months.

I would consider those. But the cheap ones they have aren't good.

As I sit here today, I can't remember why I went with them. I think at the time the options were either those or OEM, so I foolishly decided to save a buck. I think the shipping was a lot faster, too, and I had the job lined up at my local mechanic.

Lesson learned.

I then went with the green polybush ones from Atlantic British, which it doesn't look like they carry anymore. They're okay, but sometimes wish I would have just gone with oem rubber. Maybe LR3 bushings, though, as I think they may not be fluid-filled like the LR4 and thus last a bit longer.

If I own my LR4 for much longer (which I believe I will), I may swap them all to OEM one day when I have the uppers replaced and the rears replaced.

Thanks. I am up here in Canuckistan so in addition to the 30% premium I attach to all prices the shipping out of the US can get pricey as well. Surprisingly shipping out of the UK can be quite economical. I imagine these will be the old girls last set of LCAs.

Just put on the Meyer HDs and they ride as well as I remember the originals but should last much longer. Very happy I went with them.
