I think I found them at the local Orchard in their cabinetry section (corner braces), along with some suitably short bolts, nuts and washers. Something like this would work:

The alarm horn bracket easily comes off from under the brake lines to install the t-case module with these braces. Then you just reinstall it in place, reroute and attach all connectors to the bottom of the t-case module. The photos and tips posted by Greg in the other thread were very helpful when I did mine.

Thanks, everyone, for your advice on this thread. I received my fuse kit yesterday, and changed out the fuse (very easy).

I saved this thread for the great information (thanks drivesafe and umbertob!!!) on the second battery.... I want to tackle that at some point.
