Nice work. The lockers are a great feature. The front brake modulation was cool at first and it still is but it has limitations, been thinking about getting a front locker. ARB is pretty much the only one and it requires its own air compressor to be installed too. Ideally an e-locker with a switch would be better but that will likely never make it into the aftermarket.

I can see how that an e locker would be better because you can control when it’s locked manually. I’ve had arb front and rear in an old trooper I had and it was awesome but with the front locked it’s almost impossible to turn

That trooper sounds fun. A fully locked LR4 would one-up it I'd think unless the Trooper has more ground clearance. For the front steering resistance, I had the idea that I'll need to install an aftermarket power steering cooler. Previous experience on road coarses is when I work the steering hard and keep doing it the power steering fluid boils and power steering stops working. I'd think the resistance to turn left or right when the LR4 front diff is fully locked would heat up the power steering fluid but I've never driven a front locker.

It would def go better than my old trooper. It was a fun truck though. It had a rock crawling gear reduced transfer case and hd torsion bars with hd leafs. It was fun but rode like a wagon. I much prefer my disco that rides like butter.

The problem with locked front isn’t necessarily the resistance as much as the front just wants to push straight even with the wheels turned.

You should drop all the things you had to buy for others who may want to attempt this project. I’ve heard of others doing it but having issues with getting the screen to recognize when it is locked.
You have to reconfigure the differential file from open to locking using a gap tool or something similar
