Search google.

But, like has been said at least twice in this thread, it's probably your compressor. If not that, it's probably an issue with the wiring leading to the compressor.

yes - and the suggestion to reach out support from GAP was helpful - he came back with some recommendations but to do them before touching the compressor. the code from that tool are pretty cryptic. (at least in this case)

You are correct that the documentation and UI with the GAP tool is cryptic. For that very reason, it might be helpful to others if you shared here what they suggested when you reached out to them.

@ryanjl was actually spot on and Patrick from the GAP team was super supportive. the GAP Tool actually allows you to directly upload the error to them and he diagnosed the following:
Hello

C1A36-01 Exhaust Valve - General electrical failure
NOTE:
Circuit reference EXH_V_POS / EXH_V_NEG

Pilot exhaust valve circuit short circuit to ground, open circuit, high resistance
Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check the pilot exhaust valve circuit for short circuit to ground, open circuit, high resistance

Wiring attached,

I went ahead and purchased a new compressor and went to install it and when I pulled the wiring harness off all of the wires disconnected and THAT was the culprit! I returned the compressors and rewired it (bypassing the wiring harness). all is well and operational. Merry Christmas and thank you Patrick at GAP!
