I found this the other day on Topix and meant to post it earlier. When I did need it, I could not find it on Google.

Basically, the SCV6 does not follow conventional even and odd banks---passenger-side being 1, 3, 5; and driver side being 2, 4, 6.

Hopefully, this helps someone to better trouble shoot when the time arises.

This helped me. I am getting a massive misfire in Cyl 6 on my 2016 SCV6 L319.

DIN standard measures from the free end per bank

ISO standard measures from the driven end alternatively

Still it’s very odd why they would change things.

I’m actually in Topix now trying to print up the coil and plug removal procedure ms
For rear driver side (#6 on diagram) just remove the side of the battery box and the stop/stop battery. It's much easier to get the socket in that way and buys you some space to maneuver the coil out and back in. Also good for removing the injector; if it comes to that.
