Help Oem Brakes?

LR3 V8 2005. So I got a brake job all around pads rotors sensors a week ago. An independent shop did them that works on high end cars. I requested Oem parts all around and they assured me that is what I got. They even said they came in green and white boxes. So my problem is the pads say Textar, the rotors have surface rust on the hubs, and they squeel after 2 days of use. This was a week ago and they are still sqeeling and the surface rust is getting worse on the hubs. My question is, I thought Oem pads were Ferrodo and the rotors were Zinc plated, (I never had rust before on old ones). I have an appointment to bring it back and want to confront them if they are not the right products I asked for. Thanks in advance.

I just bought OEM rotors from a LR dealer and they come in a brown box with LR Label, part#, etc. NOT a white and green box.

Textar is an OEM automotive supplier and their pads are decent but they are not stock on the LR3, they are stock on my Saab 9-3 Sport Combi.
