Do you at least have moonshine up there? If not...Id change states!

Love my EBC rotors/pads

No shine where i'm from (Williamsburg) you have to go to the western part of the state for that.

This law is becoming more popular with many other states so don't feel like you are alone.
Consider putting covers over your lights, that usually always works.
As for the brakes, consider Akebono ceramic brake pads, work well, last long then factory pads, no dust, no brake dust and stop faster.
Are you sure you really need new rotors?

Thanks for the tip on the ceramic pads. Cheaper than EBC's, Ill give em a try. Not sure about the rotors or even the pads (no dash light or squeel). Ill pull a couple wheels and check it out. I dont think the shop was trying to scam me - they didnt even seem interested in doing the brake job.
