Bleeder screw top blew off

Trying to bleeds the coolant system and the screw top just blew off , i can get a replacement but how do i clean up the part that still stuck in?

If it’s plastic which I think it is you can heat up a straight screwdriver blade and push it in carefully as it will want to melt straight through and then screw it out. I’ve done this on a broken plastic sensor in a metal hot tub heater with great success.

Common. Just grab with some pliers and try to back it out. If it won't back out then drill it. I drilled mine with a twist bit and most plastic came out. I used a brass replacement. The remaining bits came out when I bled system.

If you drill it put a strong vacuum nozzle against it so the material doesn't get into the cooling channels.

I tried an easy out with no success. Ended up drilling out carefully with successive increasing bit sizes so I didn't screw up the threads.
