Looks like a new 19in tire is being released by toyo. Finally another 19in rim option. Tire size is 255/55/19.

I just took off the Nokian winter tires now that the ski season is over. For this summer, I went with the Falken Wildpeak AT Trail tires.

They seem much quieter than the Copper Zeons and I hope they stay that way as they wear. Zeons got really loud when about half worn. So far I like them on dry pavement but haven't taken them on dirt or soft sand yet.

Will be interested to see what that tire looks like in our size. Obviously, the one pictures is not a 255/55

Some good news for all of us with 19" rims, the New Defender comes with 255/65R19 tires, those are 32" tall folks!
Currently the Goodyear lists it for the Duratrac and Wrangler tires, https://www.goodyear.com/en-US/tires/wrangler-duratrac

I am hopeful that other companies will start to offer some AT tires in this size. I would prefer to go with a 255/65R19 than buy a set of 18" rims and a set of 265/65R18 tires.
