Well, I just got that sick to my stomach feeling. Pulled the radiator skid plate, and can see that the oil leak goes up pretty far. Haven’t had much time to get involved yet today. Later tonight I will look from the top down, maybe valve cover, was that an issue with these? I just bought this thing, could I have really missed this when looking it over?

Looks like the vacuum pump, but I also see oil up by your fan pulley. My guess is passenger-side valve cover, timing cover, or the oil filter housing gasket.

^i second all of that.

I had to replace my vacuum pump.
I had to replace my oil filter housing gasket.
I did not have to replace my valve cover, it was not leaking, but i did snug the bolts down to make sure it was sealed good.

20-30 minutes each.

vaccum pump hints:
loosen and remove the bolts holding it on, then remove the push clip connector. trying to remove this connector while the pump is in place requires your wrist to twist in ways it should not.

I did not need to drain my oil. some people say you do though.

see post 25 in this thread for the oil filter gasket

Just got home and got a better look from the top. The oil filter housing looks pretty dry, but then you can see a lot of wetness down the passenger side.

I believe your looking at 2000+ at the dealer.

Biggest pain in the ass is pulling the injectors. They require a special puller and sometimes they stick.

Definitely not going that route to change a $100 in gaskets. This will have to be a DIY for me, question is how difficult is it. I see that there isn’t much out there for people that have done it themselves.
