V8 Coolant leak from plug on crossover pipe

Noticed our LR4 was back to smelling of coolant after parking. Over the summer had the crossover pipe, water pump and hoses replaced as the crossover pipe was leaking. Now I have a leak coming from this plug on the top of the crossover pipe. Looks like its held in with a plastic snap fitting. I cant find the part # for this anywhere. Hopefully someone can direct me as to the part # for this and the snap fitting in case it breaks when doing the swap.
