It was very brave and courageous to post this question on the forum. People respected you and gave you good answers.
Lowering LR4 and putting 22 inch wheels is like buying BMW M3 and doing 2 inch suspension lift .. It is your truck and your money so you can do whatever you like and want. It just does not make any sense to me. I am not judging you just curious why you decided to buy an LR4.

With a lowering tool such as IIDTool or Llams you can lower the car about 20 mm - about 3/4", the equivalent of "high speed" mode, not quite as low as access and

Ok, i ordered the Eas control from GAP.
So they dont lower more than 2cm. thats a bummer..

Guess i have to see into relocating some mounts to get it where i want.

If you guys dont like 22, maybe i shouldn't post this Lr with 23´s then?:hello:

Each their own, but if you are going to bling and drop, those wheels in that pic are god awful ugly for style. There's plenty better looking out there.

Each truck has a different tolerance margin so yours might be different.
Speaking of, how about you post a picture of your LR4 with 22s...

It it still LR4 forum so post some pictures of your truck with 22 inch rims. I will ask you the same question again. Why LR4?

Well if you're going to do it, you really need to have gold plated rims. And maybe some neon lights underneath. How do you feel about flames?
I'm in the camp of people who think it's like putting a 6 inch lift and mudders on a fine sports car. Take an awesome purpose built vehicle, and destroy it. But to each their own, the only opinion that matters is your own.

Some say to each his own, but I will say that somethings are just plain wrong despite taste. Evil is evil - lets call it what it is...

I've seen FJ Crusiers like that, especially in the Middle East (and East LA too ). Style is highly subjective, that's what make the world go round. Plenty of people find trucks with big tires just as "gross" or "offbeat".

It's not my taste, but more power to you - I hope you find a solution that can help anyone else trying for the same thing!

This thread is entertaining me on several levels. Just when you think you've heard or seen it all, fellow Landy owners find a way to keep it fresh! :bandit:
